processing of unique identifiers/ personalization while ensuring the integrity of
the contents with proof of completion. Errors are costly to both you and

Our Vision system MatchMate can provide you with an easy way to control and
customize your printing, output processing, verification and inspection
processes.
Primary Identification
Read unique ID (OCR, 1D, 2D), data lookup, follow protocol as detailed in
database, write result date and time back to database.
Intelligent Feeder Control (KAS, GBR, IntelMail...)
Collation of variable numbers of multi pages by OMR, 1D, 2D and OCR
Matching
Magstripe / insert station reading and matching; from card feeder / intelligent
channel or any number of insert stations or outer envelope Optionally may
include collecting variable multiple feeds by criteria from various input
devises.
Selective Inserting
Database driven selective inserting; system reads, activates database lookup and
turns on insert stations to add selective enclosures as required by the
database.
Verification
Inspector module monitors the output of any machine to maintain an order or
simply to write and record to a database.
- Monitors output order by sequence number or database comparison
- Date and time stamp for each record
- Adds a results code; completed, no read, double fold, damaged…
- Full reporting by result code
Reprint Queue
Tracking the correct completed results of intelligent applications such as card
to carrier, collation of multiple pages, matching and selective inserting. If
any errors are detected the set will be diverted (or if the completed set does
not exit the inserter) and the replacement document set is immediately directed
to a local printer for regeneration.
Read and Print
Read, track and personalize enclosure to the closed faced envelope to print /
match to contents.
Duplex Printing
In the ink jet world; print the front side turnover and personalize the back
side with the same record detail.
